Join for an online community discussion on themes, topics, strategies, and information inspired by the book, "Your Brain's Not Broken: Strategies for Navigating Your Emotions and Life with ADHD" by Tamara Rosier.
We encourage you to read the book but having read or completed the book is not required in order to join the conversation!
We'll reflect on our experience of reading the book and will allow the conversation to include our own expertise, lived experiences, and to incorporate community input and questions.

As an ADHD coach, I understand how the brain's dopamine reward system (which is impacted by ADHD) is intrinsic to our sense of feeling motivated and wanting to engage with tasks. When the dopamine stops flowing in your brain, motivation can feel out of reach.
The good news is that whether or not you have ADHD, there are simple, self-compassionate ways to boost dopamine and build lasting motivation.
Join me on January 18 for a 90-minute interactive workshop where we'll explore healthy strategies to fuel up your brain and stay motivated in the new year. Bring your real-life motivation hurdles and together we'll develop some kind and accessible ways to get the dopamine flowing to help you do what you want to do and feel better while doing it.
