Hi! I’m Keltie, an ADHD coach based in Chicago. I work with clients locally and around the world. I provide coaching that helps values-driven independent creatives with ADHD let go of the exhausting battle against their own brains and find strategies that work with their own interest-based nervous systems—so they can finally experience calm, ease, and joy in their lives.

You’ve tried every planner, calendar, app, time blocking technique and even the pomodoro method—but no matter what, you still feel like you're always running behind, you're not meeting your own expectations, and you can't even begin to imagine having time for intentional rest.
You have approximately 2,000,000 amazing new project ideas—but when you have free time you don't know where to start, so you end up doing none of them.
Somehow, no matter how much effort you put into planning, your workflow still feels chaotic and unsustainable. "Productivity" happens in a panic at the last minute—or not at all.
If you’re being honest, you’re secretly wondering if you're doomed to always feel this exhausted.
Coaching with me is different than what you've tried before because every tip and tool is customized to you—your interests, your life, your capacity, your schedule. We'll dig deep to uncover the "why" behind each tactic and tool, so that your new system feels automatic and sustainable—like you're floating along with the current instead of desperately paddling against it. We'll establish what's really (really) important to you in life, work, and relationships and then collaboratively design your life so that it pulls you forward toward what matters most.
People with ADHD have interest-based nervous systems so we work best when our interests are engaged—but we are all interested in such different things that one-size-fits-all ADHD advice often falls flat. An individual-tailored approach like coaching is necessary to harness your interests and preferences so that tools, tactics, and habits carry their own momentum.
Imagine what it would be like to wake up each day with clarity around how you'll use your time. No more panicking about the thousands of things you feel like you probably should be doing. Instead, you are clear on what matters and confident that you've set your day up so that you can get it done.
You might not even notice it at first, but then one day, you realize you're getting more done than you previously thought possible, and you're a whole lot less stressed.
It’s not about micromanaging your schedule to the nearest 5-minute increment. It’s about building a system around what truly matters to you—the kind of system that works with your brain's natural tendencies.
Each week you make a small adjustment that better aligns your days with who you are and how you work best. And one day, you realize you're accomplishing what you've always wanted to accomplish and it feels easier than whatever it was you were doing before.
Step 1: Book a free, no obligation Discovery Call so we can talk about your goals and you can get a better sense of what coaching with me will be like.
Step 2: If you'd like to move ahead, we'll put your first four coaching sessions in the calendar (either weekly or bi-weekly) so you can get into the rhythm of coaching and build momentum.
Step 3: We'll start working together, session by session, to move you closer to a life that's aligned with your core values and makes sense for your brain.
Once you sign up, we'll put your first four weekly or bi-weekly sessions in the calendar. Transparent pricing information is available here.
I don't require you to sign up for a package or a minimum number of sessions, but I recommend mentally preparing for at least 8-12 weekly sessions in order to really change your relationship with your ADHD. (That being said, you are always free to stop coaching at any time).
What's the program? That depends on your goals. Think of me as your navigator, but you're the one steering the ship and deciding where we're going. We'll work together to define your goals and what success looks like, then we'll work together toward that North Star, session by session.
Each session is geared toward giving you a new action or understanding that you can apply right away each week.
Clients get the option to track their new actions and habits through the Coach Accountable coaching platform—giving you that extra dose of accountability and making intentions concrete.
After working as an architect with undiagnosed ADHD for close to a decade, I experienced major burnout from the inordinate amount of self-monitoring and hyper-vigilance I thought I needed in order to stay on task and avoid careless mistakes.
Life is so much better now that I understand how ADHD impacts me and can work with my brain instead of fighting against it.
For example, I recognized that the divergent thinking that comes with ADHD made me very creative and an excellent problem solver, especially in a "crisis." This was such an asset in my career as an architect, but there were also some serious challenges. Frequently working in "crisis" mode, combined with the effort required to show up for consistent 8 hour workdays, left me with a ton of internalized anxiety and was so draining that I had almost nothing left to give to other spheres of my life. Eventually, this led to me burning out.
Understanding ADHD has allowed me to accommodate myself—doubling down on my strengths, and letting go of the urge to "fix" weaknesses—finding workarounds instead. It gave me the courage and self-trust to strike out on my own and launch my own business, and has brought a lot more balance and joy back to my life. It means the world to me that I'm now in the position to help others the way I needed to be helped back then.
Why? I've already gone down the path of trying to "fit in" to a neurotypical world. For me, staying on that path meant unsustainable levels of anxiety and vigilance. That path involved masking the "unacceptable" tendencies of my brain. That path lead directly to burn out.
Instead, I want to show you how to work with your brain, exactly as it is, so you can achieve what matters most to you in this one wild and precious life—and show up authentically for the people and experiences that make it all worthwhile. In short: we'll work with your brain instead of fighting against it.
Remember the anxiety and vigilance I described above? That's what it takes in order to hide your symptoms and it will put you directly into fight-or-flight mode. In turn, fight-or-flight mode decreases access to your prefrontal cortex ... which handles the executive functions that are impacted by ADHD. That's right, the more stressed you become trying to cover up your symptoms, the worse your executive function gets. This means: Trying to look like you don't have ADHD is actually going to make your ADHD symptoms worse.
"Keltie is a wonderful coach ... She has a kind and supportive approach, but will gently challenge your self-limiting beliefs when they arise. She also has a great understanding of ADHD and how to navigate it in order to move forward."
- Penny M.
Look at the world around you—does it feel like things are going well? That the status quo is serving our collective humanity and our beautiful planet? Folks with ADHD excel at divergent thinking and tend to be the most creative among us. Right now, more than ever, we need people who think differently—to make art and live lives that show the array of different realities that are possible. That's right, I believe the world needs you.
Nothing makes me happier than seeing values-driven independent creatives and professionals finally understand how to work with their ADHD brains—and rediscover the joy of creating what they were uniquely meant to create. Whether it’s with me or someone else, I hope you recognize how important you are and take the time to invest in yourself, so you can fully step into your creative power—the world will be a better place for it.

Maybe you’ve tried a "10-step program for hacking your ADHD"—hoping it would make you feel organized and in charge once and for all, but it wasn't customized to your brain, your life and your interests, so the new routine didn't last for more than a few weeks.
Or maybe you’ve been thinking that finding the right app would make things easier. But the need for more peace, clarity, and fulfillment hasn’t gone away.
So here’s a door, open. If this feels like the right step for you, I'm here to help and I can't wait to meet you!
